BACKGROUND
23 In April 2015, Plaintiff applied for disability insurance benefits and 24 supplemental security income, alleging disability since January 26, 2012. Plaintiff’s 25 applications were denied. (Administrative Record [“AR”] 159-172.) A hearing took 26
