Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). He alleges that three federal prison guards violated his constitutional rights when they sexually assaulted him, abetted that assault, and failed to intervene during the assault. (ECF 1 at 3-4). Plaintiff appears to admit, however, that he did not exhaust his available prison administrative remedies before filing the complaint.
