(“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on December 18, 2018, seeking review 20 of the denial of his application for Disability Insurance benefits (“DI”) and Supplemental 21 Security Insurance (“SSI”). (Dkt. No. 1.) On January 31, 2019, the parties consented, pursuant 22 to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. 23 Nos. 11-13.)
