19 PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
20 In November 2014, Plaintiff Angela D. (“Plaintiff”) applied for disability 21 benefits under Titles II and XVI alleging a disability onset date of January 27, 22 2014. Administrative Record (“AR”) 230-42. 23 On September 5, 2017, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a 24 hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by an attorney, appeared and 25 testified, as did a vocational expert and a medical expert.
