INTRODUCTION 20 Presently before the Court is Defendant Logan River Academy dba Maple Rise 21 Academy’s (“Logan”) Motion to Dismiss or Transfer Venue to the District of Utah 22 (“Motion”) (ECF No. 11). For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS 23 Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue to the United States District Court for the 24 District of Utah.1 Accordingly, Defendant’s motion to dismiss this action is DENIED 25 as MOOT. 26 27
