INTRODUCTION 18 On October 3, 2018, Petitioner Trumaine Thompson (“Petitioner”), 19 proceeding pro se, constructively filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 20 (“Petition”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging his 2015 California state 21 conviction for robbery, assault with a firearm, and unlawful possession of a firearm 22 by a felon. The Petition raises four claims. The parties have consented to allow the 23 magistrate judge to enter final orders and judgment in this case. See U.S.C. 24 § 636(c) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 73. Because Petitioner has failed to demonstrate that the 25 California state courts unreasonably denied any of these claims, the Court denies 26 Petitioner’s request for…
