INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody (“Petition”) filed by petitioner Robert Maurice Dawkins (“Petitioner”). [Dkt. No. 1]. On March 14, 2019, the Court granted Petitioner’s Motion for Stay to exhaust his unexhausted claims in state court. [Dkt. No. 9]. The Court ordered Petitioner to file a habeas petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court within thirty days and to file brief status reports with this Court every sixty days thereafter. [Id., p.4]. As of the date of this order, Petitioner has only requested extensions of time to file a status report; he has not filed any status reports. [Dkt. Nos. 10, 12, 16].
