Further, the Court has engaged in 20 a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Plaintiff has objected. The 21 Court accepts the findings and recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. 22 Plaintiff objects that his claim for injunctive relief is not moot simply because he 23 has been transferred to another prison.
