On December 26, 2019, Plaintiff Pacoima Plaza, LLC. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint for Unlawful Detainer against Defendant Jose Orellana (“Defendant”) in Los Angeles Superior Court. On January 24, 2020, Defendant filed a Notice of Removal, alleging that this Court has jurisdiction.
