Commissioner of Social Security, 16 Defendant. 17 18 On October 24, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Complaint seeking review of the Social 19 Security Commissioner’s final decision denying his application for a period of 20 disability and disability insurance benefits pursuant to Title II of the Social Security 21 Act. This matter is fully briefed and ready for decision. For the reasons discussed 22 below, the Commissioner’s final decision is reversed, and this action is remanded 23 24 for further administrative proceedings.
