18 On February 7, 2019, Laura Love Thornton (“Plaintiff” or “Claimant”) filed a complaint 19 seeking review of the decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) 20 denying Plaintiff’s application for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. (Dkt. 1.) The 21 Commissioner filed an Answer on May 14, 2019. (Dkt. 14.) On September 20, 2019, the 22 parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“JS”). (Dkt. 20.)
