W., Sr. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on February 15, 2019, seeking review 21 of the denial of his application for Disability Insurance benefits (“DI”). (Dkt. No. 1.) On 22 March 13, 2019, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the 23 undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 10, 12-13.) On November 20, 2019, 24 the parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 21.)
