Proceedings: (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE On January 2, 2020, Andre Luiz Costa Joanes (“Petitioner”) filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (“Petition”).
