I. Background

On October 22, 2019, Plaintiff filed a wage and hour class action Complaint against Defendants. (Docket No. 1, Ex. B “Compl.”).) Plaintiff asserts ten claims for relief against Defendants on behalf of himself and other class members for: (1) unpaid overtime, (2) unpaid meal period premiums, (3) unpaid rest period premiums, (4) unpaid minimum wages, (5) final wages that were not timely paid, (6) wages that were not timely paid during employment, (7) non-compliant wage statements, (8) failure to keep requisite payroll records, (9) unreimbursed business expenses, and (10) violation of California Business & Professions Code § 17200. (id. J] 49-119.) On December 2, 2019, Defendants removed the case to this Court pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”). (Docket No. 1 (“Removal’).) On January 2, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Remand.
