13 Before the Court is Plaintiff Ida Gomez Llanos’s motion to remand (the 14 | “Motion”), filed January 10, 2020. (Dkt. 9). On January 17, 2020, Defendant Delta 15 | Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) filed an opposition (Dkt. 10), and Plaintiff replied on 16 | December 24, 2020 (Dkt. 16). The Court finds the matter suitable for decision 17 | without a hearing pursuant to Local Rule 7-15. The February 10, 2020 hearing date 18 | 1s therefore vacated.
