FACTUAL BACKGROUND

19 Plaintiff Palm Chaparral Apartments, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed an unlawful 20 detainer action in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Defendants Laura 21 Miramontes, Jose Contreras, and Does 1 to 10 (“Defendants”). Notice of Removal 22 (“Removal”) and Attached Complaint (“Compl.”), Dkt. No. 1. Defendants are 23 allegedly occupants of real property owned by Plaintiff and located in Palmdale, 24 California. Compl. ¶¶ 1-6.
