INTRODUCTION 20 Before the Court is pro se defendant Michael Anthony Spencer’s petition to vacate, 21 set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Spencer is currently serving 22 a 147-month sentence in federal custody, having pled guilty on February 27, 2017 to five 23 counts of armed bank robbery and one count of possessing, using, carrying, or brandishing 24 a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
