BY ORDER OF THE COURT

3 Defendants again fail to submit a proper proposed judgment. This 4 filing, too, resembles a proposed order on a motion for summary judgment, except that, this time, Defendants copied language from 5 the Court’s order on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judg- ment. Defendants are expected to understand how to prepare a pro- 6 posed judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58. 7 Additionally, the Court VACATES the February 28, 2020 Final Pre- trial Conference. 8 Date: 02/19/2020 Judge Josephine L.
