INTRODUCTION 18 Before the Court is Defendant Allstate Insurance Company’s (“Allstate”) 19 Memorandum of Costs and Fees against Christopher G. Hook (“Hook”), former 20 counsel of Plaintiffs Alan Baker and Linda B. Oliver (“Plaintiffs”). (Mem. of Costs & 21 Fees (“Mem.”), ECF No. 40.)
