(“Plaintiff”), represented by counsel, filed a Complaint in this Court challenging the Commissioner’s decision to deny his application for disability benefits. Dkt. No. 1. On November 19, 2019, the Court issued an order regarding procedures in this action (“Order”). Dkt. No. 14. The Order required Plaintiff to file a proof of service within thirty days of the date of the Order. Id.
