The Court ordered Petitioner to respond to the motion or take other appropriate action by January 9, 2020. (Docket # 20.) The Court granted Petitioner’s request to extend that deadline to February 10. (Docket # 22.) To date, Petitioner has not filed a response to the motion or the Court’s order. 2.
