On February 10, 2020, Petitioner constructively filed pro se a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody challenging his conviction for second-degree robbery and related enhancements. See Dkt. 1 (“Petition”) at 2, 8. He contends that his use of a gun during the robbery should not have been used to support both a sentence enhancement for personal use of a firearm under Cal.
