Saul2, Commissioner of Social Security’s (hereinafter “Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denial of his application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”). Plaintiff contends that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) improperly rejected his

allegations of daytime somnolence in assessing his residual functional capacity. For the reasons stated below, the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed, and this matter is dismissed with prejudice.3 II.
