I. Factual and Procedural Background1
A. The Parties Northern is a financial services company that was founded in 1889 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NT Corp. Northern provides asset services, fund administration, asset management, fiduciary, and banking solutions for corporations, institutions, families, and individuals.
