(“Defendant”), alleging violations of the Song-Beverly Warranty Act. On January 16, 2020, Defendant removed the action to federal court asserting jurisdiction on the basis of diversity of citizenship. Upon review of Defendant’s Notice of Removal, the Court hereby remands the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
