The parties have fully briefed the matters in dispute, and the court deems 25 the matter suitable for adjudication without oral argument. 26 Plaintiff presents one disputed issue for decision: whether the 27 Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) properly considered the opinion of the 28 1 examining physician.
