Investments, LLC (“defendant”), asserting claims for violations of California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), Cal. Civ. Code §§ 51, et seq., violations of the Disabled Persons Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 54.1, et seq., Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and a claim for Negligent Training, Hiring and Retention of Employee. (See Dkt. 1-1, Complaint at ¶¶ 13-44).
