ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT
Plaintiff, WITH LEAVE TO AMEND v. 15 ERICA LAKE, et al., 16 Defendants. 17 18 Plaintiff, a state prisoner currently incarcerated at the California State Prison, Lancaster (“CSP-LAC”), filed this pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on January 6, 2020. (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff’s request to proceed without prepayment of the filing fees was denied by the assigned District Judge, and plaintiff was ordered to pay the filing fees in full by no later than February 12, 2020. (ECF Nos. 2, 4.) Plaintiff paid a portion of the filing fees on February 5, 2020, and the Court ordered plaintiff to pay the balance of the filing fees by no later than March 6, 2020. (ECF No. 6.) To date, plaintiff has failed to pay the balance that is due. Accordingly, plaintiff is ORDEREDto pay the outstanding balance of the filing fees within 30 days of this Order,or the Court will recommend that…
