INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Personnel Staffing Group, LLC (“PSG”) originally brought this 19 contract dispute action against Defendant Protective Insurance Company 20 (“Protective”) in Los Angeles Superior Court. (Compl., ECF No. 1-1.) Protective 21 removed the action and now moves to dismiss PSG’s complaint. (Notice of Removal 22 (“Removal”), ECF No. 1; Mot. to Dismiss (“Mot.”), ECF No. 13.) For the reasons 23 discussed below, the Court GRANTS Protective’s Motion to Dismiss.1 II.
