Sprolling (“Plaintiff” or “Claimant”) filed a complaint seeking 20 review of the decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying 21 Plaintiff’s application for Supplemental Security Income benefits. (Dkt. 1.) The Commissioner 22 filed an Answer on October 31, 2019. (Dkt. 15.) On January 22, 2020, the parties filed a Joint 23 Stipulation (“JS”). (Dkt. 17.) The matter is now ready for decision.
