17 INTRODUCTION 19 Plaintiff filed a Complaint on June 11, 2019, seeking review of the denial of his application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) pursuant to Title XVI of the Social Security Act. (Dkt. No. 1.) On May 22, 2020, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation. (Dkt. No. 17 (“Joint Stip.”).)
