I. BACKGROUND
On April 2, 2020, Plaintiffs commenced this action in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. (See Notice of Removal (“NoR”), Ex. B, Complaint (Docket No. 1- 2)). Plaintiffs are residents of Los Angeles County, California. (Id. ¶ 1). AIG is a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business in New York. (NoR ¶ 5).
