20 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Pilot Inc. is a distributor of aftermarket automotive parts. Pilot was 23 Defendants Genera Corporation and TYC Brother Industrial Co. LTD’s exclusive 24 distributor in the United States for six specific retail customers.
