On June 22, 2020, Plaintiffs BYD Company Ltd and Global Healthcare Product Solutions, LLC’s (“BYD Global” and, collectively with BYD Company Ltd, “BYD”) filed a Complaint against Defendants Alexander Khazai, Aaron Arredondo, James Vaughn, Dripstone LLC (“Dripstone”), and Roberto Banke asserting claims of unfair competition, trademark dilution, and false advertising under the Lanham Act, as well as California state law trademark dilution, unfair competition, false advertising, and trademark infringement.
