On April 17, 2020, Plaintiff Lamar Myers commenced this action against Defendants Smoken Smoke House, Inc. and Golden Nuggets Investment, LLC. (Complaint (Docket No. 1)). On June 25, 2020, the Court issued an Order directing Plaintiff to show cause (“OSC”), by no later than July 16, 2020, why the action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. (Docket No. 12).
