INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Richard Wayne Hughley, a prisoner at Salinas Valley State Prison proceeding pro se, filed a First Amended Complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. [Dkt. No. 50]. Defendants D. Avalos, J. Daiz, C. Freeman, D. Henry, D. Hernandez, D. Moisa, G. Murrietta, F. Ulloa, and N. Winn filed a Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint, which was granted with leave to amend on March 16, 2020. [Dkt. Nos. 59, 72].
