On June 25, 2020, Francesco Cameli (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against McLaren Automotive, Inc. (“Defendant”) alleging violations of the Song-Beverly Warranty Act arising from his purchase of a defective vehicle manufactured by Defendant. On August 6, 2020, Defendant removed the action to federal court asserting jurisdiction on the basis of diversity of citizenship.
