On October 27, 2020, Plaintiff Amber Machowski filed this action against Defendant 4 The Dogs, LLC and unnamed Does, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”). (Dkt. 1 [Complaint].) Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief under the ADA and statutory damages under the Unruh Act. (Id. ¶ 54; id. at 15.)
