SUMMARY OF FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS On February 27, 2020, Plaintiff Christopher White (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, filed a Complaint alleging violations of his civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) That same day, Plaintiff filed a Request to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. 3), which the Court granted on March 2, 2020 (ECF No. 6). Plaintiff also filed an Application for Permission for Electronic Filing (ECF No. 4), which the Court granted on March 3, 2020 (ECF No. 10). On April 6, 2020, the Court issued a Memorandum Decision and Order Dismissing Complaint with Leave to Amend (“Order-1”). (Order-1, ECF No. 11.)
