Further, the Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which objections have been made. For the reasons below, Petitioner’s Objections (ECF No. 30) are overruled. For Ground One, Petitioner objects that he was denied the right to counsel of his choice, Ms. Vargas, and that he was denied the right to be present during the proceeding that was held on the matter.
