Trial Court Opinion
JS-6 7 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 10 FARIBA KERMANSHAHI, Case No. CV 20-10781 FMO (RAOx) Petitioner,
v. ORDER REMANDING ACTION
AND DENYING REQUEST TO
MICHAEL JAME ADDINEH, PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS Respondent. 16 17 I.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
19 This is Respondent Michael Jame Addineh’s third attempt to remove Petitioner 20 Fariba Kermanshahi’s Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, which was filed on 21 August 16, 2017 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, to this Court. Each of 22 his prior attempts has been summarily remanded to superior court. See Kermanshahi 23 v. Addineh, CV 20-1466 FMO (RAO), February 24, 2020 Order (Dkt. No. 8); 24 Kermanshahi v. Addineh, CV 20-7303 RMO (RAO), August 26, 2020 Order (Dkt. 25 No. 9). The instant attempt fares no better. Therefore, for the following reasons, the 26 Court orders that the case be remanded.
