Plaintiff Malibu Behavioral Health Services, Inc., 22 d/b/a South California Road to Recovery (“Malibu”) brings a First Amended 23 Complaint (“FAC”) against Defendant AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New 24 Jersey (“AmeriHealth”) and AmeriHealth’s agent, Defendant Magellan Healthcare, 25 Inc.
