PROCEEDINGS Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner’s final decision 19 denying his application for Social Security supplemental security 20 income benefits (“SSI”). The parties consented to the 21 jurisdiction of the undersigned under 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). The 22 matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint Stipulation, 23 filed June 29, 2020, which the Court has taken under submission 24 without oral argument.
