I. Factual and Procedural Background

A. Procedural History On August 27, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against Defendants in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging claims for: (1) negligence; (2) willful misconduct; (3) violations of the Elder and Dependant Adult Civil Protection Act (California Welfare & Institutions Code §§ 15600, et seq.); and (4) wrongful death.
