Factual History Plaintiff Ricardo Ramirez (“Plaintiff”) brings this lawsuit against Defendants FCA US, LLC (“FCA”) and West Covina CDJR (“West Covina’’) (collectively “Defendants’’) for claims arising from the sale of an allegedly defective vehicle.
