On February 11, 2021, defendant Swift Transportation Co. of Arizona, LLC (“Defendant”) filed a “Motion to Compel Further Responses to its (1) Request for Production of Document, Set 1; and (2) Interrogatories, Set 1, and for Monetary Sanctions” (“Motion to Compel”), ECF Docket No. (“Dkt.”) 15, with a joint stipulation pursuant to Local Civil Rule 37-1, dkt. 15-1, JS.
