18 Plaintiff Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“Commission” or “Plaintiff”) has filed a motion (ECF No. 100) that seeks a contempt finding against Defendant Daniel Adam Hewko based on his failure to comply with a November 20, 2020 Order. (ECF No. 94 (“November 20, 2020 Order” or “Order”.)) Defendant Daniel Adam Hewko has filed what is apparently an opposition to the motion (ECF No. 108), although it does not address the substance of Plaintiff’s contentions.
