No. 26) On April 19, 2019, Petitioner, proceeding pro se, constructively filed the instant habeas corpus petition (“Petition”), challenging his 2016 conviction and sentence for second-degree murder and a gun enhancement. (Dkt. No. 1). The Petition raised two claims that had been raised on state direct appeal. (Dkt. No. 1; Dkt. No. 10 (Lodg. Doc. 6)).
