17 I. BACKGROUND In December 2015 at age 34, Karena D. (“Plaintiff”) applied for Title I and Title XVI disability benefits alleging an onset date of February 24, 2014, due to rheumatoid arthritis (“RA”), fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression. Administrative Record (“AR”) 39, 196–208, 228, 232. On October 4, 2018, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by counsel, appeared and testified along with a vocational expert (“VE”). AR 36–56.
