17 18 I. 19 BACKGROUND 20 In December 2015 at age 34, Karena D. (“Plaintiff”) applied for Title I and 21 Title XVI disability benefits alleging an onset date of February 24, 2014, due to 22 rheumatoid arthritis (“RA”), fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression. Administrative 23 Record (“AR”) 39, 196–208, 228, 232. On October 4, 2018, an Administrative 24 Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by 25 counsel, appeared and testified along with a vocational expert (“VE”).
