On February 8, 2021, the Court granted Plaintiff James Salzbrunn’s (“Plaintiff”) Ex-Parte Motion to Extend the Deadline to File an Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. (Order, ECF No. 47.) The Court (1) granted Plaintiff’s second request for an extension to file an Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, and extended Plaintiff’s Opposition deadline to March 1, 2021; and (2) granted Plaintiff’s third request for an extension of time to serve Defendant David Wohl and extended the Order to Show Cause with respect to Defendant Wohl to March 1, 2021.
